HOW MUCH DO YOUR BLINDS COST?
All our blinds are made to measure, giving you an option on fabrics at different price points, we cannot provide you with an accurate quote over the phone, or on-line. If you book an appointment with one of our consultants we will come and discuss what you want and take accurate measurements. The average appointment will last about 35 minutes and there will not be any pressure from us to buy there and then.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
As there is no pressure from us to make a decision during our consultation visit we do not take deposits.
However, we do require payment in full when you place your order.
WHAT IS THE CRAFT BLINDS PRICE PROMISE?
We will not be beaten on price, and we promise that we will refund the difference if you find the same blind, in the same size to the same specification as the one your purchased from us cheaper from another retailer. Terms and conditions apply.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ADVISOR TO VISIT ME IN MY HOME?
We will arrange for our consultant to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient for you.
Depending on consultants’ availability we try to book the home visit within 3 days of you contacting us.
HOW MUCH IS AN APPOINTMENT?
CRAFT blinds appointments are FREE.
There are no hidden costs that are added to your final bill.
DO YOU OFFER APPOINTMENTS AFTER 6PM?
Yes you can book an appointment up until 8pm.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER FOR A HOME CONSULTATION?
We cover an area from Dublin to Dundalk.
HOW LONG IS AN APPOINTMENT?
A standard appointment is approximately 35 minutes. Our consultant will not overstay their welcome with long sales spiels, however this time may vary depending on how many windows you are
considering having blinds for and if you would like a discussion about other options available to you.
Fitting & Installation
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY BLINDS TO BE FITTED?
The blinds will be ready to be fitted about 2 to 3 weeks after you have placed your order. When you place your order we will book a convenient time for the blinds to be installed.
HOW LONG WILL A BLIND FITTING TAKE?
This depends upon the type of order you have placed. When we book your fitting with you we will let you know how long it will take.
CAN I REARRANGE MY FITTING? AND IS THERE A CHARGE?
There is no cost to rearrange a fitting and the simplest way to do so is by contacting us
DO YOU SELL BLACKOUT PRODUCTS?
All the blinds in the Roman blind range are also available with a black out option. In our Roller Blind range we have a wide selection of black out fabrics and the Pleated blinds can have a special coating that will reduce the light into your room.
WHICH TYPE OF BLINDS ARE BEST FOR MY CONSERVATORY?
The blinds for a conservatory have to work particularly hard and pleated blinds have been designed especially for conservatories. They are available in a selection of fabrics that keep the heat down in the summer months and works towards keeping the heat in during the winter. The blinds are fitted so the windows can be opened without raising the blind. As you can imagine that’s really handy for the long hot summer days.
DO YOU OFFER DEVICES FOR MY HOME TO KEEP BLIND OPERATING CORDS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN?
Yes, child safety devices are installed for you by our Fitter. They will either be a cleat to wrap the cords around, or a hook that will keep the cords taught, depending on which type of blind you have chosen.
These will be fully discussed with you during your consultation.
